Conditions:
- Booking confirmation with receipt of 50% deposit. Balance on arrival.
- Deposit refundable if cancellation is received within 14 days of booked date and accommodation can be rebooked.
- Cancellation fee of $30.00 applies.
- House must be left clean and tidy or a cleaning fee will be applied.
- Short-term rentals can be catered for.
- Check-in time is 2pm. Check-out time is 10am unless other arrangements are made.
- Mastercard and Visa welcome.
- The Monarch is non-smoking.
- Online bookings will incur a booking fee.
